What a major treat for you two! Hey, there's still time for Allen to enter those doors as a star. He's gonna have lots of stories to tell on that stage the way you guys are going. Thanks for sharing the adventure!

Those are words every writer longs to hear, Lois--(“your writing makes me feel like I was there.”) Thanks! I do think of this as somewhat of a scrapbook of memories, and I AM trying to get it all written down while it’s fresh.

Susan, your writing makes me feel like I was there. You are truly having an adventure of a lifetime. It is so good that you are writing it down while it is still fresh in your mind with all the details. Lolo & Lola

Love the little dresses. If you have scraps, you could make a hankie or a pocket as a bonus. Alan is a man of many talents. The hair cut is beautiful.
Camping is just like sailing, but on dry land--meeting all the people and stuff. lolo+lola

I've heard of similar ministries (Little Dresses). Sounds like a PERFECT fit for you, Susan. How wonderful a sewing machine only takes up about two (flat) cubic feet! Love the haircut (and the haircutter!). What an idyllic life you have right now. (I know, not without its challenges!) And lastly, if you ever make it to Longmont CO, they have Geese around town. Good for an evening's wanderings. Keep enjoying LIFE! Be safe, have fun. Love, m.

Susan, these people must be so happy to have such wonderful, caring people to help them. You are such a blessing to them with your gentle kindness and caring heart. You and Alan are wonderful folks.

You are having the best time. Rascal seems to be very smart. Is he young? Sounds like he's going to be a good pet for someone soon.

I don’t think you’ll have to look very far for purpose, Angie:) Looks to me like you and Sean have “built-in-purpose” in your four beautiful children! You’ll be introducing them to the many different ways people live as you bus-school them across the country. I can’t think of any greater purpose than raising your children well.

God WILL unfold purpose as you travel. The little “purposes” always delight me the most--small ways he uses me. Because we don’t spend a lot of time in one place, I frequently don’t know much of a person’s life story, but sometimes I sense that a conversation we’re having is a clarifying one for them. There is also the volunteer work we do. It won’t be hard for you to find little ways for your kids to fit into local projects, soup kitchens, Salvation Army, etc. that will help them understand being Jesus’ hands and feet in action. It will be an exciting, fulfilling way for you to raise your children. You are offering them, firsthand, things that other children only read about in books!
